Returns
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the delivery date. Items should be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Exchanges
To ensure you receive the item you want as quickly as possible, return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can address and resolve the issue.

- Returns and exchange are only accepted for items with manufacturing defects or damage during shipping.
- We are not responsible for any damages that occur during shipping
- We do not accept returns on sale items.
Refunds
Please note that we do not offer monetary refunds. Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process an exchange. Allow up to seven – fifteen days from the receipt of your return for the exchange to be completed. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.
